Wellness Weekend Program

Friday Evening:

  • Nourishing group dinner provided (6 pm)
  • Guided Relaxation Meditation (8 pm - 8.45 pm):
Sink into deep relaxation with Soelae’s guided meditation session. Designed to soothe your nervous system, this practice sets the perfect tone for your wellness weekend, allowing you to fully unwind and prepare for rejuvenation.

Saturday Morning:

  • Homemade parfait-style granola breakfast with organic yoghurt, fruit compote and fresh berries from the Farmers Market provided
  • Gentle Awakening Yoga (7 am - 8 am):
Start your day with a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels. Awaken your body and mind, cultivating a feeling of renewal and inner balance. You'll leave feeling invigorated and centred, ready to embrace the day with mindfulness and ease.

Saturday Afternoon:

  • Workshop: Mindful Mastery - Unleashing Your Inner Calm (2 pm - 4 pm):
Explore the transformative power of mindfulness as we delve into the benefits of meditation, the neuroscience of stress, and practical techniques for daily stress relief. Sunday:

  • Sunrise Beach Meditation (6am):
Join us for a transformative sunrise meditation at the beach with Soelae. As the culmination of your wellness weekend, this session is designed to leave you feeling fully recharged and rejuvenated. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the ocean while incorporating breathwork, mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques. Gaze upon the rising sun to harness its biohacking and health benefits, setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead. It's a powerful way to connect with nature and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
